Quem deve declarar o IR 2022?

Em primeiro lugar, é importante confirmar se você precisa entregar a declaração do Imposto de Renda. Dessa forma, caso você atue como pessoa jurídica, terá a obrigação de realizar a declaração.

No entanto, como pessoa física, é importante verificar os critérios de obrigatoriedade divulgados pela Receita Federal, sendo os principais:

  • Ter recebido rendimentos tributáveis acima de R$ 28.559,70;
  • Ter recebido rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte acima de R$ 40.000,00;
  • Obteve receita bruta anual decorrente de atividade rural em valor acima de R$ 142.798,50;
  • Posse ou a propriedade, em 31 de dezembro de 2021 de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, acima de R$ 300.000,00;
  • Ter obtido ganho de capital, na alienação de bens ou direitos, sujeito à incidência do imposto;
  • Ter realizado operações em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias, de futuros e de assemelhadas;
  • Passou à condição de residente no Brasil, em qualquer mês, e nessa condição se encontrava em 31 de dezembro de 2021.

Vale ressaltar que os critérios acima devem ser considerados de acordo com o ano-calendário de 2021.

Dessa maneira, caso você precise entregar a declaração e ainda não começou a organizar os documentos necessários, aproveite que o IR foi prorrogado para se preparar desde já e para evitar problemas.

IR prorrogado: quando entregar a declaração do IR 2022?

O prazo para declaração do Imposto de Renda 2022 começou no dia 07 de março e terminaria no dia 29 de abril, mas a Receita Federal, através da Instrução Normativa RFB nº 2.077, de 4 de abril de 2022, prorrogou a declaração do IR para o dia 31 de maio.

Vale ressaltar que essa mudança no prazo não altera o calendário da restituição que continua sendo:

  • 1º lote – 31 de maio de 2022;
  • 2º lote – 30 de junho de 2022;
  • 3º lote –  29 de julho de 2022;
  • 4º lote –  31 de agosto de 2022;
  • 5º lote – 30 de setembro de 2022.

Agora que você já sabe sobre os prazos da declaração e da restituição, é importante que fique atento para não deixar a entrega para a última hora e para não acabar errando o seu preenchimento, ou mesmo acabar não conseguindo realizar a entrega por algum imprevisto.

Como declarar o IR 2022? Conte com o nosso suporte!

A declaração do Imposto de Renda 2022 deverá ser entregue pela internet através de um dos seguintes meios:

  • Programa Gerador da Declaração (PGD);
  • Serviço “Meu Imposto de Renda (Extrato da DIRPF)”;
  • Aplicativo “Meu Imposto de Renda”.

Você precisa reunir os documentos necessários, todos os comprovantes de rendimentos, de bens, de pagamentos para comprovar as deduções etc.

Quanto maiores as deduções, menor será o valor do IR devido a ser pago, e maior a chance de ter direito à restituição.

No entanto, caso você entregue a declaração com erros ou esqueça de informar algum rendimento, a sua declaração ficará retida na malha fina, e você sofrerá com as punições da Receita Federal, com o impedimento de receber a restituição, o pagamento de multas e até mesmo o bloqueio do CPF.
